To use one of these face patches, start by cleansing your skin. Massage or try to relax any wrinkled area and pull taut skin. Then take a moistened patch (just use water) and apply it to the area, holding it for a few seconds or so to make sure it’s in place. Try to avoid hair and eyebrows. Wear it for at least three hours or leave it at night while you sleep. When ready to remove, wet the patch thoroughly to help loosen the adhesive. It’s even easier if you do this in the shower!
