Farrah Abraham: I’m Over Derek’s Death! I “Healed” My Mental Illness!

Farrah Abraham has changed a lot over the years.

No, wait, that’s not true.

Farrah’s face and body have changed over the years, mainly with the help of cosmetic specialists. The woman herself seems unwilling to grow or change.

He has recently had a breakthrough…allegedly. Farrah took to Instagram to announce that she has “recovered” from her depression and anxiety.

Farrah Abraham took to Instagram to think about 2022 … and talk a lot more. All with the usual interpretation of the English language.

“I never thought this day would come,” he began.

“After one of the best days of my life,” Farrah stated, “I wanted to share from my healed heart.”

He wrote that “after 14 years of not being able to process the traumatic loss, I feel responsible.”

Farrah quickly added: “(after showing the loss and I don’t know how to heal)”

And he continues to be “public during his time on tv, online, in my book and over the years – very different in his 14 years of loss.”

“I’m finally getting the peace, healing and inner alignment I’ve always dreamed of,” Farrah said.

He noted that he accepted this closure “because of my traumatic loss.”

“And,” Farrah continued, “as many have told me ‘” ‘I will always miss ____ as much as you miss Derek.’ This is for you.”

“I want you to know I found my 12 steps,” Farrah continued in her lengthy caption.

“(Step 5 opened my eyes to the relationship process),” she detailed.

Farrah strangely notes: “I stopped worrying, doubting, perfectionism as well as reaching outside (new relationships, drinking, drugs, sex, working hard, not having time for myself)”

He wrote that “I am connecting with an old lie that was agreed upon more than ten years ago.” what?

“And I now come to ‘agreement’ with my truth now, peace and main alignment of the new ‘agreement’ for me now,” Farrah rambled. No, you probably won’t have a stroke. That’s all he wrote.

“In the past, with anxiety, self-doubt and perfectionism, this was difficult to achieve,” he added.

“I found my will, my path, my love, my light — my alignment,” Farrah noted. Yes, it’s getting weirder.

He added, “I accept that only I can do my work in silence, in peace and enough (28 days without the outside world).”

We are almost certain that he meant to write “peace and quiet.” Typos don’t matter, especially next to each other.

“I wish ‘Derek’ could go to a 12-step trauma center with me,” Farrah said, “but I’ve got as many opportunities as you can.”

He later added: “I think all children should be taught 12-step trauma healing.”

Farrah suggested that it could be useful “for all the trauma that the world has to offer – that we’ve been through.”

He went on to note that “I had chronic depression, anxiety, for a long time and it’s healed – it’s over.”

The next sentence was a bit off, even for Farrah.

Farrah wrote: “To be present and uplifted spiritually by all that has been blessed is what I hope for in this abundant 2023 before all pure joy.”

How Is Farrah's Money?
“I’m not healthy inside now and I’m sure financially, so I’m really in a blessed place at 30,” he said, adding that his parents didn’t give him anything.

“I share this because I want to know 14 years ago how to treat me,” Farrah reflected.

“So I share this blessing with many who have lost their loved ones,” he added.

Farrah explained “because I don’t want trauma to haunt you for the rest of your life, (it’s exhausting).”

Farrah Abraham Brings Bad News
Teen Mom: Family Reunion star Farrah Abraham filled the world with horror and fear when she announced her return to the franchise.

“But I want you to receive inner harmony, a piece of heaven on earth, and everything you want,” he said.

Farrah then wrote: “Happy 2023 May you feel all the healing, freedom, love, compassion, harmony and abundance that will overflow.”

His sentiments and intentions here are almost as positive and helpful as ever! But it is very unclear how useful Farrah’s particular flavor of rambling will be for, well, anyone.
