Afrobeats star Ayo Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, took the internet by storm on Wednesday when he announced his long awaited collaboration with his friend Davido.
The 32-year-old music star dropped some big news about him Instagram story.
He wrote, “After the MLLE tour !! Davido and I are going on tour! Save your coins! I can’t hear pim!!”

Although the full details of the promised tour are not out, Wizkid FC, the 30 BG gang as the fans call it, has taken to social media to celebrate what is marked as the biggest news of 2023.
Wizkid also announced his highly anticipated single with ‘Rema’ and tagged singer Wande Coal in a short video that looks like a studio session on social media.
The biggest surprise that Wizkid and Davido could pull off on their joint tour is Olamide. Because those 3 legends held the industry down in the 10s.

History repeats itself?
On December 25, 2017, Davido and Wizkid settle their supremacy rift on the stage.
The two artists got along well during Wizkid’s concert at the Eko Convention Center in Lagos.

This is the first time the two singers have performed together.
Wizkid made the first move by inviting Davido to share the stage and spotlight with him, to the delight of the audience.
With the gesture, Wizkid denied speculations that he has a beef with Davido.

Both stars performed Davido’s hit song, Fia, which was amazing.
It surprised fans as they were excited to see their favorites performing together for the first time on stage in years.
