It appears that the duo of best friends, Bonang Matheba and her cousin, DJ Pinky Girl (real name Tebogo Mekgwe), are at loggerheads.
This couple is usually inseparable and this has been seen in posts on social media and Bonang’s reality show. So Bonang. However, their love and support for each other has waned over the past few years.
The two vented their frustration on Twitter for all the world to see this week. In the past, people have played with the term that Pinky, who has tried to make a career in music, is just Bonang’s “handbag”.
Bonang and Pinky Girl’s beef
The conversation started on Monday, when Bonang tweeted a post that read between the lines, “She has a visa, but not vaccinated! I’m tayad [tired]!
Bonang didn’t mention who she was targeting, but Pinky Girl responded to the tweet in a passive-aggressive way.
“WOW, me again??? I’m sorry too. [The] the model has been vaccinated. safe travels[s].”
Bonang is more angry with those who cannot travel the world because they are not vaccinated.

He wrote: “Missing out on a trip around the world because you’re not vaccinated. Ridiculous”.
‘Queen B’, as she is affectionately known, announced that she had to go to the United States and travel to this country you must be vaccinated.
Pinky Girl expressed her frustration on Tuesday saying that she is tired too and has been quiet for too long.
The reality star later claimed she had been blocked, unfollowed and “dragged” for no reason. Bonang’s comments did not respond, as the presenter tweeted that she had flown to the US.

Pinky Girl appeared in all three seasons of So Bonang reality show before the show stopped on 1Magic in 2019.
