Space – This exercise targets the entire core, including the abs and lower back. It works by engaging the muscles and holding them in a static position for some time.
Crackers – This exercise specifically targets the abdominal muscles and works by contracting the muscles and lifting the shoulders off the ground.
Sit-ups – This exercise also targets the abdominal muscles and works by contracting the muscles and lifting the entire upper body off the ground.
Russian twists – This exercise targets the oblique muscles and works by rotating the body while holding a weight or resistance band.
Legs rise – This exercise targets the lower abdominal muscles and works by lifting your legs to the ceiling while keeping your lower back pressed against the ground.
