The Hong Kong model’s ex-husband and two former in-laws were charged on Monday with her murder, after police said they found more body parts during a weekend search.
Abby Choi, who has appeared in fashion magazines and attracted more than 100,000 followers on Instagram, was reported missing on Tuesday, prosecutors told the court.
On Saturday, police said some of the remains had been found in a refrigerator and soup pot at the seaside home.
Skull, hair and some ribs
After examining materials seized from the property, police found what they believe to be Choi’s skull, hair and some ribs.
Her ex-husband Alex Kwong, 28, as well as Kwong Kau’s father and brother Anthony Kwong, were charged with murder on Monday and face life in prison.
Choi’s former mother-in-law, Jenny Li, was charged with perverting the course of justice by destroying evidence.

The property where police found the remains was equipped with an electric chainsaw and a meat grinder that had been used to mince human flesh, according to superintendent Alan Chung.
A forensic examination found a hole in the back of the skull that could be evidence of the fatal attack.
“We believe that the victim was attacked while he was in the vehicle (which brought him home) and that he was unconscious when he arrived,” Chung told reporters on Sunday night.
Choi vs. ex-father-in-law
According to police, Choi had a financial dispute with his ex-husband and his family over a luxury property.
The mother of two has divorced Kwong and remarried Chris Tam, scion of a wealthy Hong Kong family.

Kwong, 28, was arrested on a Hong Kong pier after what police described as a failed attempt to escape by speedboat.
A fifth suspect linked to Choi’s former father-in-law was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of “assisting criminals”.
Chung said all suspects in the case have been arrested and that forces will continue to search for the missing body parts.
