Erika Jayne back in production in the upcoming 13th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
As his estranged wife, Thomas GirardiSeen out for the first time since he was accused of stealing $18 million from a former client, Erika was seen filming in her $1.5 million rental home in Los Angeles, which she has been renting since shortly after she separated from her former lawyer.
“[RHOBH] filming has begun following Tom Girardi’s criminal indictment!” Bravo Housewives announced to her followers on Instagram on February 5, along with a photo of Erika outside her home with her dog.
While Erika, who wore a beige MCM jacket and matching pants, filmed with friends at her home, the Daily Mail shared a photo of Thomas on February 3 as he left the nursing home in the backseat of a black car.
According to the report, Thomas, who lives in a restricted memory care unit, was seen wearing a blue and white striped button-up as he put on a “cheerful” face in the face of his ongoing legal troubles.
As RHOBA fans may have heard, Thomas faces 20 years behind bars after being charged in Los Angeles and Chicago for allegedly stealing $3 million from family members of the victims of the Lion Air plane crash in 2018, and an additional $15 million from others.

After Thomas’ indictment, Erika spoke to the Daily Mail while out in Burbank, telling the outlet that she’ll be talking about the matter “soon” — and that she’s not worried about her “situation” regarding the possibility of being tied up. indictment.

While Erika has been dragged into several lawsuits against Thomas, Ciaran McIvoypublic information officer for the Department of Justice, confirmed to Us Weekly last week that he was “not charged” in the indictment as an insider said the legal action was “focused on activities involving the law firm.”
“It’s unclear if Erika will be a witness for the prosecution because the indictment is simply unsealed,” the source added.
Besides Erika, Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Strake, Crystal Kung-Minkoffand Kathy Hilton expected to return to RHOBA for the new season; Add Chest and Diana Jenkins confirmed to be out of the show last month.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year.
