The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley may have a financial situation more dire than anyone imagined.
According to new documents that were released, the $6.5 million house they shared is facing an “imminent sale” in 11 days.
Well-known attorney Ronald Richards took to Instagram, sharing the following notice of trustee’s sale that claims their house is due to be sold on May 20th at 10:30 AM.
“Dorit Kemsley’s house is set for actual sale,” he wrote alongside the notice. “She was right when she told Paul about her concerns. Paul thought it was a solicitation or we hope this was not a legal strategy to misdirect her so the property could be foreclosed on. His legal team presumably was unaware there is an actual sale date of the second. Their papers don’t mention it because they presumably didn’t know about it.”
Ronald also noted PK’s testimony was “presumably missing a notice of sale that was just recorded” as it “takes a week to hit the public records.”
“We all need to help them or they will lose the house,” he added. “Please contact them. They do not realize the house is up for auction in 11 days!”
Ronald also shared ledgers from Dorit and PK’s accounting as seen here:
Ronald described the ledger as “not a pretty picture” and pointed out a few things it showed.
First, Dorit earned over $3.5 million, but only spent $338,919, or 9.53% of her income on her family. The rest of the money she spent on herself.
He also noted the records show that PK is “not rich or wealthy” and “borrows money to maintain his lifestyle.”
“His net cash flow is $40,858,” Ronald noted, calling PK’s finances a “sinking ship.”
Ronald concluded with his opinion, writing, “Dorit needs to shop less, service her mortgage and immediately sell the house and move into an apartment. Paul is presently renting at $16,500 per month. She needs to do the same immediately. Their current lifestyle cannot be maintained.”
As Reality Blurb previously reported, PK accused Dorit of spending $1 million on luxury goods in the past year alone.
TMZ obtained court documents in which PK alleged his team looked into Dorit’s spending and found she put out over $1 million on premium goods in the past 365 days. This included approximately $995,000 on luxury handbags, accessories, and designer clothing.
They got specific, claiming she spent $69,000 at Louis Vuitton, $69,000 at Chanel, and $38,000 at Hermès. Dorit also allegedly spent cash at Net-A-Porter, FWRD, and Moda Operandi.
While Dorit was funding her lifestyle, PK alleged she didn’t make any mortgage payments toward their home, regardless of her being the one living in it. He also stated he covered around 90% of his family’s expenses, including household costs, mortgages, and most of the financial responsibilities pertaining to their children.
Due to this, he requested a judge force the sale of their property. He also offered Dorit to move into his new home with their kids, but she allegedly said “over my f*cking dead body.”
