Self-reflection questions for Trumpers:
1. If you believe in the Bible, how do you forgive Trump’s adultery and other sins?
2. If your answer is that God sent him to save Christianity, what does this statement prove?
3. What action should the DOJ take if a box of classified information is found in Joe Biden’s home?
4. Do you see the convicted rebels as heroes who deserve forgiveness?
5. Would you celebrate the assassination of Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi if the rioters in the Capitol had succeeded in their mission to kill them?
6. Do you blame Trump’s fraudulent convictions, Trump University and the Trump Charitable Organization as undiscovered witchhunts? If so, why?
7. If your child is infected with COVID or another life-threatening virus, you will call the Pillow Guy for advice or Dr. Anthony Fauci? If your choice is Pillow Guy, why?
8. How do you justify Republicans who are upset about removing Confederate statues across the country and the restrictions placed on Confederate curriculum in our schools while supporting the removal of curriculum on slavery and the Holocaust?
9. Do you care if Trump uses your donations to his presidential candidacy to pay for his lifestyle and legal bills? If not, why?
10. If Donald Trump is a law abiding man who is the victim of a witch, why are so many Republicans who are his big supporters and his president testified that he lied about the stolen 2020 election? Can you explain why these former loyalists are risking their careers to expose Trump’s resistance to ending violent attacks on the Capitol?
11. How do you explain your belief that Trump is a smart businessman when his resume includes filing 5 bankruptcies, not paying legal and construction bills, lying about his income and tax deductions, and misappropriating funds from failed universities and charities?
12. Why do you think Trump is insisting his allies ask for the fifth in many investigations against him? Do you think many of his allies answered “I don’t remember” hundreds of times? Do you think Trump is insisting his allies illegally ignore congressional subpoenas?
13. Do you think that many of Trump’s allies have been charged with a crime, convicted of a crime or suspected of committing a crime?
14. Trump lied on his tax return. The answer has been released. It is a fact that he lied. Do you think the president should be allowed to refuse to release his tax returns? Do you think the president should be impeached for tax fraud? What do you think the DOJ should do if they find President Biden lied about his tax returns?
15. Would you support President Biden in appointing his children to high security offices in an unqualified administration? If not, why not?
16. Would you object to President Biden using the presidency for his personal financial gain? If so, why?
17. Do you believe the 2020 presidency was stolen? Besides Donald Trump’s claims of fraud, what evidence can be produced?
18. If Trump is found guilty and convicted of a Federal Crime, do you think his sentence should be the same as any other criminal?
19. Do you believe Republicans should be exempt from following the rule of law and democrats should be held accountable to the rule of law?
20. If you believe that President Biden is not a legitimately elected president, are you willing to deny or return the financial benefits you have received from Biden’s policies? For example, pay the full price for your insulin, return all stimulus funds from the American Rescue Plan, and refuse to drive the roads and bridges that Biden’s Infrastructure and Jobs Act provided for your community.
21. Is hypocritical behavior acceptable for Republicans but not for democrats?
22. In 2015, Senator Mitch McConnell did not allow President Obama to nominate a Supreme Court Justice nine months before the next presidential election saying it was inappropriate to do so during an election year. However, three weeks before the 2020 election, McConnell hypocritically nominated a Supreme Court Justice to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Given this unethical power grab, is it now acceptable for the democrats to appoint a Justice so close to the upcoming election? If not, why not?
