What finally happened?! Donald Trump believe that he will be arrested next week!
The 76-year-old former president took to social media platforms, Social Truth, on Saturday morning to announce that he expects to be arrested on Tuesday! Citing “illegal leaks,” he wrote in all caps:
“THE LEADING & FAR REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE & FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, WILL BE ARRESTED NEXT TUESDAY. PROTEST, BRING OUR NATION!”
He later said in a follow-up post that America is “now third world” and “dead,” adding that “American patriots are being held captive like animals.” Trump later said that “radical leftist anarchists have stolen it [sic] our presidential election, and with it, the heart of our country.

Per peopleHis post referenced several reports from outlets such as Associated Press and CBS about how he could face criminal charges in Stormy Daniels quiet money case. As previously reported, the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Brango has investigated Trump for paying an adult film actress $ 130,000 in hush money to remain silent about his affairs before the 2016 presidential election, which is an illegal campaign contribution. He has long denied the allegations and even shut down claims that he had an affair with Stormy.
However, a former lawyer/personal fixer Michael Cohenwho was sentenced to three years in prison for his role in silencing Stormy, said Trump ordered him to pay and pay back through The Trump Organization, for which the company is a legal fee. And last week, Bragg called on Trump to appear before a grand jury and testify as part of an investigation into his role in the crime. A move that apparently happened before criminal charges were filed.

If Trump is impeached next week, CNN reported that a Secret Service detail had to bring him in for his fingerprints and take pictures of him. He will then be brought to an arraignment before a judge. Now, the allegations could be the first of many considering how many investigations he is currently facing. But more than that we are entering uncharted waters, as it were Axios reported, this move would make Trump the first sitting or former president to face criminal charges.
While Trump no doubt continues to spew how this is nothing more than a “witch hunt,” he is clearly unnerved by this legal measure and tries to deflect based on his latest message.
