
1 cup thinly sliced carrot rounds
1 large apple, diced
1 banana (room temperature)
½ cup frozen pineapple or mango
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, optional
Peel the carrots and slice them into rounds. Cut the apple, keep the skin on. Break the banana into pieces.
Add all the ingredients to the blender, adding the liquid first. Mix until smooth. Eat immediately or store up to 1 day in the refrigerator in a covered jar.
