My messengerdaughter, Lexi Ioannourecently took to TikTok to confirm she had a nose job.
In addition to sharing the story behind the previously broken nose, Lexi, who appears next to her mother Real Housewives of New Jersey last year, reacted to the results six weeks after going under the knife, saying he was “very happy” with the appearance of the new nose.
“The story time about how I cut my nose and my nose. When I was seven or eight, I was playing in the backyard with my cousin Christopher, and threw out a baseball and swung the bat around, and I was behind him, and he hit me in the face, and broken nose.” Lexi began in her video. “It was so bad. There was blood everywhere. We didn’t even know what was broken.
However, since he was very young at the time, Dina’s mother did not want him to fix it. However, years later, after suffering from chronic fatigue, Lexi learned that a broken bone was blocking her airway.
“[My chiropractor] he said to me, ‘You’re not getting enough oxygen to your brain because your nose is broken and there’s a bone blocking the way. So I said, ‘Okay, I’ll ask Raj Kanodia, the best,'” he said.
And when she visited the plastic surgeon, Lexi learned that she only had 40 percent of her breath in each nostril.
“I said, ‘Sign me up. Let’s do the damn thing.’ I had surgery six weeks ago. I’m six weeks post-op, and honestly, I’m really happy with the results,” Lexi said.

Continuing, Lexi said that she was very happy with the results of her nose job because it didn’t change the look of her face.
“I feel like me. I look like me. Most people don’t know that I’ve done it,” he explained. “The only difference is that the lump from the broken one is gone. Obviously, I can breathe better, [but] it kept the integrity of the nose, which I really like. I was really afraid that I would look different, and I really looked the same, which is exactly what I wanted, only better, without the hump.
“I’m very happy,” he added.
And, in response to the video announcement, RHONJ alum Dina gave a simple comment.
“Beauty,” he wrote.
Day appeared on Real Housewives of New Jersey in a full-time role in seasons one, two, and six, and appeared in a lesser role during season four.
