First, raw meat, sitting without refrigeration in the open air for flies, he was horrified. This hurt Yohan’s feelings, but many watched.
Then, Daniele had a question about his business. Nothing adds up. It looks like him disappearance money with the butcher’s shop.
But an eye-opening look at Daniele’s finances raises questions. And it might explain why Daniele refuses to live away from New York.
When Yohan Geronimo brought Daniele Gates to the store, he hoped that he would be proud of him. This is their own business.
Unfortunately, the one he saw piled up sitting out in the open air, on top of the counter. And there are flies that land on meat with little fuss.
Yohan doesn’t seem to believe that this is a health issue. He told his wife that this is how people sell meat in the Dominican Republic. Daniele felt confused, but he explained a few things. Namely, why did he get sick after eating so much.
The conversation went straight to the whole finance thing. Daniele clearly has questions and concerns. Yohan points out that he keeps his books in a physical ledger, just like the ones in the store The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Daniele was uncomfortable knowing that her husband managed the business like he could run a lemonade stand. That’s how he phrases it, anyway.
He used the budget software on his laptop to calculate Yohan’s income. And the cost. The latter turned out to be higher than the former.
Yohan is quick to point out that he has a second job. He also said that most businesses don’t start profitable, from day one.
She feels like her husband is judging her and putting her down. Daniele feels it, and offers emotional support.
But she explained that she wanted to know what life would be like there, especially if she “manifested” a baby. Especially after New York became so expensive.
Since the start of the season, Daniele has discussed how much New York means to him.
He was obsessed with the low cost of living he experienced while vacationing in the DR. Of course, they still want to maintain the American standard of living. It even surprised Yohan.
This is why he unilaterally changed his plans, insisting that he stay in the DR for more than a year before him since to file to bring him to the US. If he ever will.
now, Starcasm reports that Daniele’s financial woes from the cost of living in New York are even worse than his.

Fans wonder if Daniele’s bankruptcy filing will affect her ability to bring Yohan to the US on a spousal visa.
(Perhaps, he should find a sponsor for him. We have all seen poor people who get family members to provide the thousands of dollars needed to get a visa)
Of course, he should also inform his wife about this financial situation. And maybe, if they move to the US, they might remember that there are more places to live than New York and Florida. In addition, meat refrigerators are almost universal. Like, according to the law.
