A six-year-old boy was found alive after being mutilated

A six-year-old boy is recovering at Charlotte Maxeke Hospital after he was mutilated and found alive in a field in Boksburg.
It is understood the boy was found with his genitals removed after he went missing on Tuesday.

The police have since opened a case of attempted murder and an investigation is underway.

The ANC has served legal papers on former Eskom chief executive AndrĂ© de Ruyter and has given him seven days to respond, or “we will take further steps”, party secretary general Fikile Mbalula said yesterday.

Mbalula did not specify what the paper was about, or its demands, but he spent time at the ANC press conference at Luthuli House insisting the party had the right to defend its reputation, legally.

Is South Africa going to a situation where the country will be led by Paul Mashatile and Julius Malema.

Mashatile is the current vice-president of the African National Congress (ANC) and will replace David Mabuza as the country’s second-in-command when President Cyril Ramaphosa’s long-awaited cabinet reshuffle finally takes place.

Five months later: Dis-chem’s no-white letter reaches the retail pharmacy group

Leading retail pharmaceutical group Dis-chem has lost R5.21 billion in value since its controversial moratorium on hiring whites.

CEO Ivan Saltzman reportedly told investors that many regular dispensary customers have canceled scripts after a memo banning the hiring or promotion of white employees was leaked.
