Her beauty stands the test of time! Courteney Cox has been a beloved fixture in fans’ lives for decades, thanks to her role as Monica Geller in Friends. Over the years in show business, the actress has gone through a transformation – from a new-look star to a seasoned celebrity.
The Alabama native made a name for herself in it Friends from 1994 to 2004. When his success skyrocketed, he seemed to change. He announced in June 2017 that he regretted the procedures he had undergone over the years.
“Well, what’s going to happen is you go to the doctor who’s going to say, ‘You look good, but what’s going to help is a little injection here or a filler there,'” she told New Beauty at the time. “So you go out and you don’t look bad and you think, ‘No one noticed – that’s good.’ Then someone told me about another doctor: ‘This guy is amazing. same [did] this guy looks so natural.’ You meet them and they say, ‘You just have to do this.’ The next thing you know, you’re layered and layered and layered. You don’t know because it’s gradual until you say, ‘Oh, s–t, this doesn’t seem right.’”
Cox decided to reverse the effects after a friend told her she should be “no more”. “I’ve removed all my fillers. I’m like a natural,” he noted. “I feel better because I look like me. I think I look more like who I am now. I hope it works.”
At Cougar City alum has become more comfortable with aging in recent years. “Things will change. Everything will go down. I try not to let it go, but that makes me look fake,” she explained. “You need movement on your face, especially if you have thin skin like me. It’s not a wrinkle – it’s a smile line. I had to learn to embrace movement and realize that filler is not my friend.
Cox has a lot to celebrate as he gets older. In her personal life, she is the mother of Coco’s daughter, whom she had with her ex-husband David Arket in June 2004, and they are dating Johnny McDaid since 2013. As for his career, he has taken time to be seen again Friends by binge-watching series.
“I don’t even remember the event, I have a bad memory,” he joked Jimmy Kimmel Live! in March 2020. “I remember really loving everyone there and having fun, and I remember a certain time in my life. I was there, but I don’t remember that episode.
