Courteney Cox open up again about regrets over ending it.
At Sound 6 The star has long been considered one of the most beautiful women ever to grace the screen. But a few years ago he made a mistake. He worries about getting old, about look elder. And in an effort to conform to Hollywood beauty standards, he has had some work done.

Specifically, they get facial fillers — injections of chemical compounds that pump out specific areas of the face to remove wrinkles. Speaking about how he found himself in the world of El Lay knifestyles, he told the Gloss Angeles this week’s podcast:
“Thinking I’m old when I’m young, it’s just a bummer, a waste of time. It’s a domino effect, like you don’t know if you look a little less, then you keep doing more ’cause you look normal to yourself. You look in the mirror and say, ‘Oh, that looks good,’ and you don’t know what you see on the outside.
He finally realized that he didn’t look any younger, it was just… wrong. He told the podcast host Kirby Johnson and Sara Tan Christensen he had to admit that he had outgrown the space:
“I saw the photo when I thought it looked good, and I couldn’t believe it.”
In 2017, she had a lot of fillers — which she says she considers her biggest beauty regret — taken:
“Thank God it can be removed. I thought I had a lot of it and now, luckily, I can reverse most of it. Now, I’m actually just older.”
We love how frank and honest it is Friends alum is about all this. Last year, he told me The Sunday Times about how she messed with her good looks while trying to chase youth:
“I didn’t go, ‘Oh my gosh, I’m so weird’ with injections and doing things to my face that I wouldn’t do now.”
It’s obviously not our place to tell anyone what’s right for them. Do whatever works for you. But we hope more people worried about looking older will heed Courteney’s warning. He spent a lot of money to put in the filler and probably more carefully remove them. And in the end she realized she would have been happier – and more beautiful – just by aging naturally.
