Prince Harry should think twice about spilling tea in the use of medicine – because it can come back to bite people!
After being honest about his experiments with marijuana, cocaine, and psychedelic mushrooms in his memoir spare (not to mention during the book’s lengthy press tour), conservatives accused the Duke of Sussex of potentially lying on his US visa application!
And if true, some legal experts think it could be grounds for the government to expel Harry from the country! Yikes!

Here’s the deal. A Washington, DC-based think tank known as Heritage Foundation is now behind a massive campaign calling for Harry’s visa application to be made public so that American taxpayers can know if the 38-year-old has declared drug use on his visa. As such, they are scrambling to see any emails, texts, WhatsApp, or other correspondence related to Harry’s visa (as well as the actual application) to ensure that the case is handled properly. Mike Howellthe director Heritage Monitoring Project said in a statement DailyMail.com:
“This widespread media interest in Prince [Harry]Drug abuse can certainly raise questions about applying for residency in the United States. Public trust in government will surely suffer if DHS, CBP, and USCIS fail to review high-profile cases. Additionally, if Prince Harry is given preferential treatment, it will also undermine public confidence in DHS, CPB, and USCIS’s application of equal justice under the law.

Although it is not clear what visa the royal filled when moving to America with his wife Meghan Markle in 2020, the most common document is known as the ESTA application. It is intended for most British tourists and includes very important questions:
“Have you ever broken any laws related to the possession, use or distribution of illegal drugs?”
Obviously, Prince Haz has been VERY forthcoming about the use of drugs in a few months, but until the release of his memoirs, he has previously been very tight-lipped about the history of rumors with substances. So, if they don’t tell the truth, they can face serious penalties, such as deportation and being barred from applying for citizenship. On the other hand, if he told the truth and was still allowed in, some of his haters would be upset that he received special treatment.

“Admission of drug use is usually grounds for inadmissibility. This means that Prince Harry’s visa should be refused or revoked because he has admitted to using cocaine, mushrooms, and other drugs.
And in my professional opinion, “there are no exceptions for royal or recreational use.” He seemed to suggest that Harry could lie…
That said, not everyone thinks this is a big deal. Immigration attorney Sam Adair told the outlet it was “unlikely that this admission would cause problems” because Harry had no criminal history. Also, a lawyer James Leonard do not think open in the memoirs that “you experimented with drugs when you were young” enough to warrant an investigation into his visa. He explains:
