Can Sunak’s Tories reverse the trend in the polls which seems to be going slightly back to LAB.
The last survey of 2022 is in the Wikipedia table above with the two new companies People Polling and Omnisis both have the Starmer party 26% ahead.
There used to be a theory that the best test of public opinion was in the first survey of the new year. That view gets a voting response after a while when he has a lot of other things to think about and starts seeing things more clearly. Maybe, maybe not.
I have not seen that put forward in recent times.
