Christopher Bonsu Baah hits 10 assists in Saudi Pro League after impressive show against Al Riyadh

Ghanaian winger Christopher Bonsu Baah has reached double figures in assists in the Saudi Pro League after providing two more in Al Qadsiah’s emphatic 4-0 win over Al Riyadh on Wednesday.

The 21-year-old now has 10 assists for the season, placing him third in the league’s assist chart behind only João Félix (11) and Kostas Fortounis (11). He has also added three goals to his name this campaign.

Baah was instrumental in the away victory, setting up Abdullah Al Salem for the opener in the seventh minute with a clever delivery from the right flank. He then turned provider again late on, assisting Julián Quiñones for the third goal in the 87th minute as Al Qadsiah ran riot.

Al Salem later completed his brace, and Quiñones added a fourth in stoppage time, but it was Baah’s creative influence that underpinned the ruthless attacking display.

The former Genk winger has become a key figure for Al Qadsiah this season, using his pace, dribbling, and vision to consistently unlock defences from the right side.

Al Qadsiah will next face Al Nassr at home on Sunday, May 3, a high-profile clash where Baah will once again be central to his team’s attacking hopes.
