Gotcha! Chris Evans and Alba Baptista apparently just confirmed their romance through social media – and they had a silly fun time while doing it.
“See you again in 2022 ❤️❤️❤️,” Evans, 41, wrote via Instagram Stories on Friday, January 6, along with a compilation video of the two of them last year. In the hilarious clip, the Marvel actor and Baptista, 25, practice scaring each other as they pass the door and do laundry.
While the two failed horribly in anticipating each spook at the beginning of the video, the Portugal native learned to anticipate Evans’ fear. “I know!” he shouted as he laughed before jumping out at the last moment.
The shocking social media post marks the first time either Evans or Baptista have shared details about their romance. The two were first linked in 2021 when Soldier Nun the actress began to follow Knives Out star and some family members on Instagram.
In October 2022, the couple made headlines again after eagle fans noticed that two jack-o-lanterns that Evans had carved and posted via her Instagram Story matched the picture that Baptista’s mother had created as her own profile picture.
The following month, romance rumors continued to swirl when the two were spotted holding hands in Central Park. Massachusetts native also publicly commented on it Nothing Happened post Instagram star in regard to his film Mrs. Harris went to Pariswhich premiered in the country of origin.

Evans commented on the post with a clapping hands emoji and a “melting” smiley face.
Over the years, the Light years star has often expressed his desire to find The One, tells Men’s Journal in 2019 he plans to settle down and start a family. “I want children. Yes, I know,” he said in the outlet. “I like pedestrians, domestic things. I want a wife, I want children. I love the ceremony. I want to carve pumpkins and decorate Christmas trees and things like that.
