For all the hate and venom Chris Eubank Jr and Liam Smith have hurled at each other during Saturday night’s match at Sky Sports Box Officeboth fighters do a general workout with smiles on their faces.
Eubank Jr. easily crossed the ring set up at Manchester’s Trafford Center on Wednesday evening, throwing light punches as he shadowboxed, sometimes half-dancing as he bounded from foot to foot along with the blaring music.
To the crowd that had gathered to watch him, he walked around, working on the pads with his trainer, boxing legend Roy Jones.

Chris Eubank Jr says he is still alive as he prepares to fight Liam Smith, and admits it will be a fight that doesn’t go far.
The Brighton man’s confidence is unmistakable.
“Fight week is really exciting. All the hard work has paid off. It’s a really good feeling,” he said Sky Sports. “Now this is the easy part. We relax, we lose weight.”
Faith, he insisted, would continue the fight.

“My prediction isn’t going to change. I think it’s going to be an amazing fight while it lasts, but my prediction is that I go in and stop this guy,” Eubank said.
“You have to win, first and foremost. If you can win and look sexy while you do it, then do it.”
Smith may appear to be a fiery character but he is just as adversary.
He doesn’t give a damn about boxing, shadowboxing with ease as he moves around the ring. But he showed football talent.
Jamie Carragher joined him in the ring and the two drove the ball between them without touching the ground for an impressive amount of time until with a final flourish Smith fired the ball into Sky Sports‘ Andy Scott himself. Boxing reporters take shots to the body well.

Jamie Carragher has backed Liam Smith to come out on top against Chris Eubank Jr, but expects it to be a close fight.
Smith is hoping to beat Eubank on Saturday, and doesn’t consider himself an underdog in this fight with Eubank Jr.
“The energy level throughout camp has been a little bit different. I don’t have my little demons telling me I need to get to 154lbs,” Smith said.
“[Me winning] It’s going to upset people who think I can’t do middleweight. Exhausted and shocked would be the person who thought I couldn’t get up to 160lbs.
He had no doubt that he could.
Smith dismissed Eubank’s mind games before the fight. “I’ve fought Mexicans in Mexico, Canelo in Texas, Russians in Russia, and they think a billboard will make a difference in training camp or sleep at night,” he said.
“Even the DMs put out, he tried to get under the skin. I don’t know why. To make me stand like a duck sitting in front of him? We’ll see,” added Smith with a final hint of threats.
