Chris Bassett slammed Robyn Dixon through her recent comments on The Real Housewives of Potomac reunion.
During the recording, he suggested that “married” men should never be in hotel rooms with “single” women.
The comments are referenced Gizelle BryantAllegation that Chris made her uncomfortable by talking in the hotel room. Some viewers accused Gizelle of dramatizing the allegations to create a storyline for the show.
Robyn’s statement surprised many fans, considering the statement John Dixon — her own husband — paid for another woman’s hotel room because she lost her wallet. The star says that Juan is not in a relationship with her, although the woman suggests that there is another story.
On TwitterChris responded to a fan calling out Robyn’s ‘married man’ comment.
“[Robyn] talking about Chris Bassett (& we’re sure he’s innocent) but his so-called wife/roommate did the same thing and PAID FOR THE ROOM,” wrote @kels2darescue on February 19. “Chile, you are a mess and a hypocrite.”
Chris then shared his own reaction, and he mentioned the lunch earlier when Robyn appeared to defend him.
“Robyn doesn’t like this comment,” she began the tweet. “This completely contradicts everything you said at lunch with Candiace and I… and after everything that came out after the reunion.”
He also mocked Juan’s famous hotel room story. “Let me pay for some rando hotel rooms… I’ll be right back,” Chris wrote.
