There were a few twists and turns in the English Premier League on Saturday as the expansion teams looked for match points in the top flight.
In the early kickoff, Arsenal did well enough to return to the top of the table after struggling to win 4-2 against Aston Villa.
While many tipped Manchester City to topple Arsenal once again, they failed to get maximum points against a resurgent Nottingham Forest side at the City Ground.
At Stamford Bridge, the nightmare run continues for Graham Potter and his star-studded team Chelsea lost 1-0 to bottom side Southampton.
Onuachu was delighted to win against Chelsea
Although he is yet to score for the Saints, Nigerian forward Paul Onuachu was actively involved, as Southampton secured a famous single-goal victory over the Blues.
Chelsea’s disappointing defeat on Saturday comes almost three days after Graham Potter and his star-studded side were beaten in the Champions League by Borussia Dortmund.
The Saints made sure they capitalized on a poor Chelsea performance as James Ward-Prowse’s free-kick at the top of the first half secured maximum points at Stamford Bridge.
This is Southampton’s first win since January and for Chelsea, only one win in their last 10 games.

Arteta beat Emery at Villa park
In the early kickoff of the day, Unai Emery suffered a defeat at the hands of his former club, Arsenal at Villa Park.
The Gunners, who suffered a heavy defeat at Man City during the week, bounced back from their jittery ways to beat Villa 4-2 in a roller coaster game that saw them come back second.

Man City held
At the City Ground Stadium, Nottingham forced Manchester City to a 1-1 draw to thwart Pep Guardiola’s side’s chances of retaining top spot in the league.

At the end of the first half, Bernardo Silva gave the Cityzens the lead by finishing the ball past Jack Grealish.
