At The Real Housewives of Potomac back to see who will hold the crown between Grande dame and Cha Cha. Who will choose to make it or will the relationship continue to shake? Let’s watch and see, shall we?
First, what happened to my beloved Potomac? Their whole relationship is broken and I can’t see after watching this episode how they still have another episode to film? Let’s rejoin the prize war for HBIC of Potomac!
Back to the geriatric prize war between Karen and Charrisse (no shade from me since I’m close to the age for these two) who is still going on. Charrisse doesn’t understand why Karen keeps disrespecting her. Karen saw Charrisse showing up at her mother’s service as opportunistic especially when she chased the limo and stuck her head in the car. He questions Charisse’s motives since she made a public proclamation at Candiace’s birthday party that she was one of the few to attend the funeral. Gizelle didn’t see Charrisse’s actions as clout chasing but more along the lines of limo pursuit and Gizzy would know a thing or two about that!
Charrisse then unleashes the Kraken on the Grande Dame by showing KAREN who just got out of rehab. Karen doesn’t seem to mind this little tidbit, but strangely claims that she can’t go to Safeway anymore. He wants Charrisse to dust herself off and just leave. They could all agree that the shaman couldn’t, but instead released all of Karen and Charrisse’s anger. After this heated conversation, Jacqueline agreed to talk to Mia until they could have a private conversation.
Mia and Jacqueline have a one-on-one conversation and it’s clear that this friendship is gone. She sees Jacqueline as a spoiled child and Jacqueline cannot forgive the level to which Mia has been treated. Mia claims that Jacqueline is an irresponsible parent and having an affair with a married man is beyond her control. She wants Jacqueline to have this as she proudly admits to sleeping with Daddy G when she got married. Jacqueline then calls Mia “The most disgusting human being on the planet!” Hmm good, right?
Ashley armed with a revenge body she decided to plan an orgasmic yoga session called Kundalini on the beach. They chose activities that had references to coiled snakes, and we were literally in the Potomac viper pit on this trip. Gizelle moaning and groaning and could not get into this activity. Mia tries her best to get her mojo going, especially after Daddy Gordon tells her to save the vibrator action for him🤢.
Karen and Candiace decided to pretend they didn’t know they were supposed to be in yoga class. Candiace wants to know how Karen and the table banging hands. Karen states that Charrisse’s behavior proves why she doesn’t trust him. Charrisse tells Robyn as they walk out just as yoga ends that Karen is fake.
The ladies went out to visit the cenote. Karen admits that the body language between Jacqueline and Mia shows that there is no reconciliation between these two. Wendy who seems to be there just to show off his body like the Golden Globe in a golden bathing suit. Ashley dives straight into the Cenote and tries to coax the other ladies into partaking but they are busy swatting away mosquitoes. He tried to play like a cenote and a shaman gave some healing vibes.
They were going to grab some lunch and Karen asked Candiace and Ashley about their problem. Ashley said she brought Deborah because she wanted to know that Michael this is done. Candiace thinks Ashley is in a toxic relationship and thinks everyone else is too. Ashley admits there is a toxic element in their relationship. Michael is the equivalent of a human tampon that can give you toxic shock syndrome! Ashley then apologizes for bringing Deborah up because she didn’t mean to harm her but dramatically messy. Candiace concludes that Ashley is ruining her chances of being friends. Ashley confessed finally she never got Candiace’s support when she miscarried. Wendy chimes in and says she can move forward without rehashing and now she will…
Now we get some foreboding music and storm clouds, and they die for a traditional Mexican dinner. Robyn admits she doesn’t want a party and pretends she doesn’t need one. He also thought that a tailor was a suitor, so he was a bit challenged about the term of marriage. Robyn announced that she was getting married in Jamaica after her brother’s wedding. Ashley wants to plan a bachelorette party for Robyn and she disagrees.
Gizelle states that Charrisse’s character was killed off. He’s still sticking his finger in the cage of the Grande dame by suggesting Charrisse is the true Queen of the Potomac. Robin loyal followers think that Karen is a cunning lady who manages to divert negative attention to her personal life. He believed that Karen was harmless. Karen dismisses this nonsense as a date and refuses to engage in this conversation. They just want to eat food and not mention their grief.
Charrisse then upped the mortality ante and shared how she lost several family members. She also proudly announced that SHE created this group where KAREN was not originally a member. Now we have some context as to why there is tension between the two. Robyn deduces that Karen is upset that Charrisse is organizing this group of friends. Ding, Ding, Ding, Robyn really has a brain!
Robyn could no longer watch Karen dance around the truth as he did when he was asked about his marriage. She thinks Karen’s time is up and she needs to treat Charrisse like a human being. Karen then apologizes to the group but does not apologize to Charrisse. Candiace then throws in for good measure she is still triggered by Mia not apologizing to Wendy for tossing a drink in her face but apologizing to the group.
Dr. Wendy and Mia then disagree about the meaning of assault and defamation. He tells Mia that he has no right to put his hands on her. Mia claims that Wendy ruined her by mentioning that she and Gordon slept with men and women. Wendy gets the point across when she tells Mia that you’re a sh*tty friend to Jacqueline who you’ve known for 30 years. He will not apologize to Jacqueline after her bad comments.
Mia makes Wendy say that it is homophobic. He really stretched with this one. I hate having to defend Wendy, but she said they like to bring men and women to bed. Wendy then brings up how Mia and Gordon “gifted” Peter with their leftovers. Mia then half-heartedly apologizes to Wendy for spilling the drink. Wendy would not admit this apology was not directed at her. Mia then leaves the table as Wendy tells her that she’s jealous of her life and it’s not good to be Mia! How can anyone enjoy dinner when there is conflict at every table?
Next week, Karen calls bullsh*t on Robyn’s wedding chat and asks about Juan’s blonde boyfriend. Robyn retorts that Karen has her blue-eyed beau (who seems to get around on the Housewife show) and pulls out her phone again for evidence. I can’t see how this group can continue filming together when there is no cohesiveness in this group anymore.
