Caroline Manzo he shared his thoughts with his sister-in-law Jacqueline Laurita‘s new reunion with Theresa Judge.
Weeks after the women reconciled in Jacqueline’s hometown of Las Vegas after a years-long feud, The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum reacted to the news, killing off the idea that he was in trouble Melissa and Joe Gorgaand talking about the new season of her YouTube cooking series.
“I love him,” Caroline said on the March 10 episode of Hollywood Life Pay Attention Puh-Lease! podcast. “I’m Jacqueline… when Jacqueline is sick, she comes out guns blazing. But I know she’s coming from a place of pain.
After admitting that Jacqueline and Teresa had a “real friendship” before their split, Caroline said there was “chaos” between them because of the “mess” of the show.
“Season 3, season 4, it was a mess. It was [their friendship] there is collateral damage. So, I’m very happy with both of them,” she said, adding that she had not spoken to Jacqueline about the reunion.
“I watched from afar,” Caroline said. “The same thing when Dolores [Catania] was in the middle of filming. Stay there. We will talk after… I left [RHONJ] so many years ago, and I’m happy with the decision I made. I just don’t want to get involved.”
As RHONJ fans will remember, Jacqueline’s reunion with Teresa came only after she slammed Melissa on social media, accusing her former castmate of being manipulative and trash-talking Caroline. And, while Caroline doesn’t think it’s her claims to Melissa that lead Jacqueline to make up with Teresa, she also disagrees with Jacqueline talking about her and Gorgas.
“Jacqueline has her reasons. Again, haven’t talked to her yet. But I know that Jacqueline is very methodical in the way she thinks and why she does what she does,” Caroline said. “I know a lot of people are talking about BravoCon when I’m talking to Joe [Gorga] and Melissa. You know, okay, cool, think what you want to think. I’m a big girl with my own mind, and I make my own decisions. I was very happy to see him. He never gave me a reason to have a problem or to be unhappy in any way. And they were very happy. I have no problem with them.
“I won’t ask Jacqueline,” Caroline added. “There’s a reason why he said that. Don’t know what it is. Don’t care what it is. Don’t want to hear what it is. But I don’t agree with him there. I don’t have a problem with Gorgas.
