As the episode aired, Captain Lee took to Twitter to reveal his disappointment.

“So I found out after he fired one of the crew, not before. Okay?” he wrote.

He clarified that he didn’t want Sandy to ask for “permission,” but he wanted her to give him a “quick call,” which he believed was “good manners.”

The star then responded to user @hutton112329, who suggested he should address his issues with Captain Sandy “in private” rather than on social media.

“They did it on tv in front of a lot of people without consulting me,” the captain clapped back. “That doesn’t sound very personal to me at all.” He then points out that the “head” is supposed to be “respectful”.

Lee also reveals why they will end up in Sandy’s shoes.

“If I had temporarily replaced Captain Sandy on the boat and felt the need to fire one of the crew, I would call him first so he would know what I did and why. I agree with his decision, just not how he did it,” he said, before giving advice to Sandy “no procedure” and “respect”.

Despite Lee’s concerns about how this person was informed, many fans were happy with Sandy’s decision to fire Camille, who seemed to disrespect every authority figure.
