An outspoken artiste manager, a regular United Television (UTV) pundit escaped a custodial sentence when he was fined GHc48,000 by a court presided over by Her Honor Mrs Evelyn Asamoah.
In a report by starrfm.com, Bullgod was charged after allegedly saying that: President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo will not complete his four-year term if he fails to pay customers of the Ponzi scheme alleged by Menzgold.
The court while sentencing him emphasized that if he fails to pay, he will be imprisoned for 40 days.
Bulldog previously pleaded not guilty to charges of “oact of aggression to breach the peace” but the court found him guilty after a full trial.
