Brits remain pessimistic about the where things are heading – politicalbetting.com

One of the routines in R&K polls is the question of whether people are pessimistic or optimistic about the country’s goals.

I have to admit that this is one of those poll findings that I tend to overlook because it doesn’t directly affect the outcome of the election that is my main focus.

But I think that now there are 53% who say they are pessimistic and only 21% say they are optimistic it is not good for the current government. As the chart shows, things have been on the up since November.

I don’t think this is good for Labor either. The widespread expectation is that Starmer will be the next PM and you might think that is conceivable.
