Back when Britney Spears was still under conservatorship control, the singer’s legal efforts to free herself were fueled by the support of her fans and the bravery of some brave whistleblowers.
One of the informants was a man named Alex Vlasov, who played an important role in exposing the abuse of Jamie Spears.
Vlasov is an employee of the security company Black Box.
Jamie Spears allegedly hired the company to help her monitor her daughter using some shady tactics.

At New York Times-produced documentary Controlling Britney SpearsVaslov revealed that Jamie set up cameras in Britney’s house and listening devices in her bedroom.
It’s all part of Jamie’s attempt to control every aspect of his daughter’s life – and it seems he’s fed up with how his efforts have been exposed.
According to a new report from Radar Online, Jamie has taken legal action to silence Vlasov, but Vlasov has countered by asking the judge to sanction Britney’s father and refuse his subpoena.

Vlasov accused Jamie of “abuse and misuse of the discovery process.”
He said Jamie only served him with a subpoena in order “to harass and punish Vlasov for having accused Jamie of wrongdoing, possible crimes and other wrongdoing while serving as a court-appointed conservator in this matter.”
“Mr. Spears and his counsel have not properly used this process to participate in the scorched earth court campaign against Britney Spears and now the third party witness, Alexander Vlasov, who courageously exposed Mr. Spears is at fault,” reads the submission from Vlasov’s lawyer.

“Mr. Spears’ goals appear to be threefold: (i) trying to embarrass and intimidate her daughter; and (ii) generate extravagant legal fees that apparently demand payment from his Estate, while (iii) improperly use this process to harass and punish those who have led to Mr.
“This is retaliatory litigation of the highest order. It’s inappropriate.”
The legal team continues to insist that Vlasov has no “documents or information relevant to the remaining issues in the case.”

Vlasov’s attorney continues to claim that his client has shared any and all information he has about Jamie’s accusations of spying on Britney during conservatorship.
“It is no secret that Mr. Vlasov worked for Black Box for many years, or there is a question that many documents Mr. Spears sought to force Mr. Vlasov to produce (or) were held by Black Box,” he said. the lawyer explained.
It seems that Jamie still fears that he could face criminal charges for violating Britney’s privacy.

And the possibility of considering a civil suit against those who spoke out against it multiple documentary.
Anyway, Jamie will probably be back in court soon for another round of legal wrangling.
It’s definitely a source of stress for Britney, but if her father ends up exposing himself more, it could all be worth it.
