Many couples work hard to plan their wedding and it is not an easy task! From decorating, to formal wear, and choosing the perfect venue, it takes a lot of work and what everyone wants is something. Unfortunately for this TikTok user, it could not have been more messed up with one of the biggest parts of the wedding reception – the cake!
The Australian bride in question, Taylor Hunt, shared a video to social media last week that shows how big a mistake the bread chooses with the cake. In the video, she appears in front of a photo of the cake she ordered – a plain white buttercream cake with “amore” written on the side with frosting:
“I got married last week and it was perfect, everything went well, except for this one. This is the cake I ordered, he gorg. The (bakers) were like ‘yeah, easy.'”
Pretty simple, right? No complicated designs or decorations! Just a frosted cake and one word written on the side – very elegant and minimalist, it should be no problem for an experienced baker. don’t have to.

While laughing, the newlyweds explained that they and their partners didn’t get what they wanted on their big day:
“So no one checks the cake before cake time, and we don’t have an official cake-cutting moment … thank God! Because this is the cake we bought.”
Showing a photo behind her, an empty, unfrosted cake was in a box with a broken chocolate disc on top that read “My love.” WTF!? How did the bakers of the ordinary white cake become?
Luckily, Taylor saw the humorous side of the story and didn’t take offense:
“Like, what is that?”
wow. If they have a moment of cutting a big cake that will be a shame!
The bride continued and explained that her mother contacted the bakery immediately:
“The funniest part was when my mom was in charge of the cake and she immediately called and sent the picture to the baker and was like, ‘Did we get the wrong cake?’ … That’s not too far.”

The bakery’s response only caused confusion among the audience, however! In the comments section, Taylor said that she sent the cake on purpose – there was no time to “switch on the bake”:
“It’s the right cake, they just ‘missed a few details'”
Some details? He missed all the details! Thanks to them, this bride is so chill, it can annoy others – and rightfully so!
