    REPORT: Bravo Wis

The Real Housewives of New York City‘s Inheritance This series seems to be in trouble because some sources indicate that Bravo and potential players have reached a stalemate as contract negotiations have “hit a break” over salary disputes.

As previously reported, the shortlist for the spinoff is included Kelly Bensimon, Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan, Jill Zarinand Luann of Lessep. The spinoff came after Bravo decided to split it RHONY franchise into two different series, one complete reboot and the other featuring fan-favorite Veteran Housewives. Tinsley Mortimer is also rumored to be in talks with Bravo for the series.

However, a source close to the network executive claims that his “talent” pushed his fate as he allegedly insisted that “he has to create what he stars in. Friends made in its heyday.” The cast of the 90s sitcom earned a historic and groundbreaking $1 million per episode for the show’s final season.

According to Page Six, there are two main points of contention between the network and the cast – the actual salaries the cast must be paid, and the guaranteed number of episodes each cast member is given. Bravo is reportedly only guaranteeing four episodes for each Housewife.

“It’s not worth it,” a source close to the cast claims. “And that’s insulting. These are the women who have made the show a hit in the first place. They don’t deserve to be nickel-and-dimed.

However, another source close to the production said that Bravo’s offer was “cheap”, but that some of the women thought of themselves as more and made more money.

“The network seems to have lost interest in pursuing a ‘Legacy’ edition at this point,” said another production source. “It seems the producers are more focused on the ‘RHONY’ reboot, which sounds fun, funny, and aspirational.”

At RHONY life again has not been without its challenges. Many fans are wary of new players and unsure of how they will translate to the small screen. In addition, former cast members Lizzy Savesky abruptly exited the rebooted series in the middle of filming due to online hate and antisemitic comments. However, the executive producer Andy Cohen confident in the new and diverse iterations of the iconic franchise.

“They are super fashionable,” he said of the new cast during the new season Watch What Happens Live Q&A segment. “The things that they are arguing about are the same as in the past RHONY. I think this will be a different event. It’s very difficult because everyone will compare RHONY, which is so perfect. And I hope this is perfect in a very different way.

A new cast will be included Jenna Lyon, Sai Of Silva, Jessel tanks, Erin Fund Lychee, Change it Hassanand Brynn Whitfield.
