Brandi Glanville had fans worried after The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum posted the video to her Instagram Stories on February 25.
The reality star appeared to be looking very thin and was looking a little out of sorts as she told her followers that she had been suffering from stomach pains for seven days.
“Hey guys, this is no filter on Saturday,” he began the video. “I’ve had the stomach flu for seven days and I’m in hell.”
The Traitors the contestants then proceeded to reveal him out for the first time since fighting the stomach bug to see his “real friend”.
Who this “true friend” is is up for debate, as Brandi has been at the center of controversy recently since she was removed from the set of the fourth season of Peacock’s. Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip for allegedly making “unwanted” sexual advances towards her co-star, ex The Real Housewives of New Jersey Housewife Caroline Manzo.
He reportedly did not show up for the reunion movie The Traitors either.
Brandi has been on hiatus since news of the allegations broke, and the new clip has drawn attention and criticism from fans.
“I didn’t even recognize him at first,” one person commented.
Others believe Brandi looks “out” in the video, “She looks like she’s on drugs. Pills…Slurring…Speaking slower than usual. I wonder what’s going on.
A third said, “So, he looks sick here. I’m not a fan of him, but I hope he gets better because he looks bad.”
Some fans compared his appearance to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Dorit Kemsley.
“I was like, ‘What’s wrong with Dorit’s face?'” one fan quipped.
Many others echoed that sentiment. One commented, “OMG I thought she was Dorit!” Another said, “She looks like a smashup between Tamra and Dorit.”
“Forget the stomach flu, can we talk about the lewd incident?” fan requests.
Brandi and her team have not commented on the report.
