A few weeks ago, Bravo bigwigs decided to remove Brandi Glanville from Ultimate Girls Trip.
The Housewives “all stars” series filming the new season in Morocco.
Allegedly, Brandi became inappropriate with Caroline Manzo – without her consent. At least as much sexual assault as possible during an alcoholic get-together. Some reports suggest that Bravo is making the move cautiously.
So what happened? Apparently, two key “fornication” incidents prompted the high officials to take action.
According to what source Page SixProducers believe that Brandi Glanville acted inappropriately.
Not in the “yay, this makes for great reality TV!” way, too. There was, apparently, concern for him and others.
This is why they pulled him from Ultimate Girls Trip and sent home. Meanwhile, reports say that Caroline Manzo left him after the incident.
At first, it wasn’t clear what Brandi had or hadn’t done to Caroline during filming.
Later, reports state that he had touched her on the chest and elsewhere in the genital area.
If this happens, it takes place in the bathroom (and thus off camera) where two other cast members were present.
It’s worth noting that Brandi herself seems skeptical about the story.
After the news broke about him and Caroline’s alleged departure – separate but not entirely unrelated – from filming, he took to Twitter.
“Check your sources!” Brandi demanded, followed by one of those dreamy poop emojis.
Meanwhile, Page Six now reports that Brandi is very loud said one of the producers in front of the whole room of the cast (and crew) shortly after the alleged incident with Caroline.
According to the source, what Brandi said to the producer was simply: “Do you want me tonight!”
That is inappropriate. We’re sure he was at a party that involved a lot of drinking, but the producers were there for it work.
That said, Brandi and the producer are longtime friends, sources report.
The producer reportedly took the comment as a joke and did not dispute it. At least, that we know of.
On its own, the part may be fine even if it seems out of place.
So the second comment, a funny comment between friends, ended up growing.
This is because various Bravo henchmen are reviewing footage and also interviewing witnesses as part of their investigation into what happened to Caroline.
Basically, if you jokingly steal a friend’s phone but it’s a joke, it’s fine. But when someone at the same party accuses you of stealing your wallet, the phone call turns out to be as bad as everyone says.
So, apparently, the next day, executives at Bravo decided that Brandi was no longer part of the set.
He was moved to a hotel, apart from the other players. It seems to be a precaution against “erratic” behavior.
Meanwhile, it’s only morning when Caroline begins to express her level of discomfort about what happened in the bathroom.
In the end, they put Brandi on the flight back to the US. Filming on Ultimate Girls Trip has not been completed.
Caroline decided she wanted to leave and go home. Separate.
Meanwhile, reports claim that Brandi appeared to be intoxicated – alcohol provided by the production company – during the evening. Some point out that fans have expressed concern about Brandi’s relationship with alcohol over the years.
There is one more detail that may prove relevant. According to the source, Brandi and Caroline were doing better that evening.
That is, when everyone has at least four tequila shots… and starts making out. At that time, two people reportedly went there.
Some sources claim Brandi “stuck her tongue down” Caroline’s throat. Meanwhile, Caroline is said to have said, “I’ve kissed a woman before, but I’ve never kissed her again. [until this evening].” Kissing doesn’t automatically give you permission to touch your genitals, of course, but it seems like relevant information. If Caroline said it – she reportedly doesn’t remember making the comment.
