Below Deck star Katie Glazer and Ross McCarg has left the Roman boat that is right where it started, in the sea.
Season 10 of the hit Bravo show sees Katie and Ross try to forge a rock romance while dealing with Ross’s playboy antics, as he also tries to woo Katie’s costar, Alissa Humber’s, affections result in an awkward love triangle.
Viewers will recall that during the crew dinner, Ross drunkenly turns Alissa in front of Katie, in a fit of jealousy. Alissa had previously called Katie’s attitude in the ordeal “stupid” and “childish” who are listening to the crazy only know someone for a few weeks and try to get him “handcuffed” into a relationship.
And Katie seems to have come around and agreed to E! News that she and Ross decided to split after filming ended.
“We both live on opposite sides of the world—he went after the show and I went mine,” Katie told the outlet. “At the end of the day, we decided that on the boat and after the boat, we both went our separate ways.”
“But at the end of the day, I know Ross and I won’t have anything after the show,” he continued. “It was a fun experience.”
The deckhand elaborated on how he handled Ross’s disregard for his feelings after Ross and Alissa’s interaction and said that his behavior was not something he would “tolerate” in his “normal life,” so he had to “beat his head until he listened.”
Katie also noted that she and Alissa are “on good terms” now, that she believes Alissa “knows what she’s doing” by deliberately pursuing Ross’s advances, adding that it “really annoys me.”
“I think there’s a little intention in taking my skin, because it works,” he said.
As for her current romantic life, Katie said that she is happily single and has no plans to settle down anytime soon.
“I am single. I’m just enjoying life now,” the reality star said before adding that the yachting industry was an “exciting” dating pool to dive into.
Season 10 of Below Deck currently airs Friday nights at 8 pm EST on Bravo.
