Fraser Olender desired Chef Rachel Hargrove and Captain Sandy Yawn‘s “Bad Energy” after a recent episode of Below Deck. In the show, the head cook and the chef are seen facing each other, but Rachel keeps talking about her to the captain behind her back.

In one scene, Captain Sandy and Fraser share a tense moment on the ship after Sandy overhears Alyssa Humber talk negatively about him.

“Not sure if this week’s edit is too honest,” tweeted Fraser on February 6, the night the episode aired. She also seems to challenge Chef Rachel’s claim that she’s tired, and she calls out Sandy and Rachel’s “bad energy.”

“We felt great, no stress, no frazzled, all under control, all smiling – aside from the bad energy of the chef and Cap, we were golden!” he stated.

In another tweetFraser explained there were “no problems” except for “out-of-time food” and the captain “who really didn’t like me… There seemed to be a sense of insecurity everywhere.”

He also took “constructive criticism” of his leader.

“Don’t easily take ‘constructive criticism’ from people who don’t like you,” write the main stew. “You can’t help but wonder if it’s genuine guidance or designed to harm you.”

Below Deck Season 10 airs Friday nights at 8 pm EST on Bravo.
