Captain Lee Rosbach is unleashing his thoughts on the behavior of his employees, as he sees the future from Below Deck. At the beginning of the season, the captain was forced to leave the boat for health reasons.

In the latest episode, castmate Camille Lamb arrived late to the boat after making out with the deckhand Ben Willoughby on the beach at sunset – during that shift. When she returned, Camille argued loudly with the second boil Alyssa Humber, who expressed frustration with Camille’s work ethic. The conversation reached shouting, and obscenities were thrown, all while the guests were listening.

As the episode aired, Captain Lee took to Twitter to call Alissa and Camille.

“Good, let’s fight in front of the guests,” the captain wrote on January 9, before adding sarcastically, “Yes.”

He is too challenged Ben, apparently through his flirtatious behavior with Camille.

“Ben, you have to play,” said Captain Lee. “And I don’t mean that game.”

The 73-year-old then asked the bosun Ross McGargwho is flirty with the deckhand Kate Glaser, perhaps during a shift. In the previous scene, the stars kiss at a seemingly inopportune moment.

“Did Ross go down in the bunk with Kate, during the break?” inquire captain. “Just asking, I’m not there.”

The captain seemed to disagree. What will happen if the behavior of the new crew takes place on his watch?

Below Deck Season 10 airs Friday nights at 8 pm EST on Bravo.
