Amazing post. Zach Shallcross solidified the final four on March 6, episode of Scholar, surprised some fans when he was posted Cat Izzo packing.
“I am [feel blindsided]. I can always picture where I was feeling at the time, and he was feeling it. But I didn’t think it would hurt our relationship,” the 26-year-old contestant said. Us Weekly in the end Women Say It All recording. “We had a tough week, but we also had five good weeks. So, I think it’s going to show my family like, ‘Yeah, sometimes we’re not perfect. Sometimes we struggle. But they want to love him through it.’ I was hoping it would be him. Unfortunately, no. But that’s okay.”
Kat admitted that she thought Zach, 26, was The One during the season.
“I think that he shows characteristics that I would like to have even outside of here, like, goofiness and his presence is something that I really like,” he said. “And even to the point where we left, I was like, ‘What? You’re supposed to be my wife.’ But it’s okay! I mean, I’ve never had that feeling. Even when I wanted to give up because it was hard, I was like, ‘No, this is my guy at the end.’ I will not give up.”
The nurse is not the only one who thinks Kat will make it to the end of Zach’s journey.
“If I’m being honest, there was a time when I thought Kat was The One,” Jesse Palmer toward us. “Already talked to Zach on camera [and] Talk to Zach off camera, I really thought it was Kat in the end. So I know how hard this decision is for him, and I know how hard it is for him to say goodbye, obviously. I know this is going to be very difficult.
Fans watched host cheer Zach during Monday’s episode.
“I was with the producer watching the goodbye at the castle in Budapest, and I just looked at his face when he was standing in front of the castle and I thought, ‘Man, I just have to go out and give the guy. a hug.’ He needs someone else to be with him in this moment,” Jesse said. “She was really nice about letting me share the place with her just a little bit to try to help. But, you know, I know I wasn’t the only one who was surprised when Kat came home at that time. And I know it was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. Zach throughout his entire experience.
Zach, for his part, told us he had a “strong relationship” with Kat “very early,” but had strong feelings for Charity Lawson, Ariel Frenkel, Gabi Elnicki and To install Katy Biggar.
“It never fell apart in any way. There’s nothing wrong with it, but the other relationships that I’ve grown into are stronger and I can’t deny that,” he said. us. “[But] You can see I didn’t take good-bye ’cause the feeling won’t evaporate once you make that decision.
