At Bachelor star takes for TikTok Wednesday to share with fans the main change that she has been waiting for a long time: breast reduction! In a video titled, “I did it!! tg to @genevieveparisi RN,” the 27-year-old documented the lead up to the procedure, with her roommate and Bachelor in Paradise star Genevieve Parisi right by her side.

The 23-second clip, which opens with Rach having her hair braided by Gen as she wraps up her “last day with milk,” shows her washing her face, choosing a comfortable outfit — a black hoodie, black sweatpants, comfy sandals, and a plush pillow to accessorize — before the two go to the medical center. While there, she showed herself before and after surgery, first in a hospital gown, then with a member of the medical staff. He and Gen later went home, and to top it off, he added a cute little clip of him ringing a bell for help – offered by his roommate! See the full day (below):

Since undergoing the procedure on Tuesday, the reality star has declined, but still manages to gather energy to interact with fans on TikTok. One user commented, “How are you??? I’m glad everything is going well!! Praying for a speedy recovery for you!,” she replied:
“I’m great thank you very much”
Another fan related to the procedure, writing, “Best thing I’ve ever done in my life. 1.5 years post op and never felt more comfortable and confident. Good morning and get well soon.” Genevieve responded wittily:
“I’m answering the bell now”
LOLz! What a wonderful friend! And Rachel agrees, as she replies, “nurse gene!!!”

A third commenter added, “Everyone needs a friend like Gene. I hope you have a smooth recovery!,” Rachel responded with:

Fans who follow Scholar star will know the procedure has been going on for a long time, because he revealed on TikTok last month:
“I’ve been doing insurance and doing surgery since I was 17 years old, and I think I’ll be done at the beginning of next month. I really think that the surgery will change my life. Not only in the way I can exercise and not get sick, but every woman I’ve ever had found that he received surgery has said that it really changed his life.
