Ayodeji returns with B.B.D.G | The Guardian Nigeria News

Over the years, rap music in Nigeria has played an important role in the Nigerian music industry, keeping hip-hop culture alive. Different rappers have studied the culture and Ayodeji, the head of Nigerian hip-hop based in England, is no different.

Ayodeji is a multi-talented artist. A rapper, producer and a bit of a music executive, who is usually behind the scenes, but has decided to come up front again with the latest single BBGD (Big Booty Go Down). Jambo produced the song and the music production is heavily influenced by Afrobeats, with heavy drums and percussion. BBGD is off of Ayodeji’s upcoming EP titled Brought You Flowers. It will be released soon under the Mayhem Records imprint.

Ayodeji has previously released two EPs titled Feet on Ground and Introvertism with some hit songs from both EPs; Sunny Ade and Time Dey Go.
BBDG is available on all music streaming platforms. The music video, shot in Manchester, and directed by Kurt, will be released in January.
