It’s a Parks and Rec the reunion Saturday Night Live!
Aubrey Plaza made her hosting debut on Friday – and boy, was the night jam-packed with some special guest appearances! Kicking off the evening, the show begins with a cold satirical opening about Fox Sports summary of Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants playoff game – featuring some sideline reports from Representatives George Santos and a drag persona Kitara Ravache. We can’t say we’re surprised SNL mocked Santos, considering he has made headlines for lying about his whole life! It was only a matter of time until he became the subject of a sketch! For her opening monologue, Aubrey had some familiar faces join her on stage as she flashed back to when she was a child. NBC Studios page when he was in college. At one point, the 38-year-old actress couldn’t shake the fact that she was named the most famous person in Delaware. This means that Aubrey beat the President Joe Biden for the title. And as he said, the Commander in “surprised” and had some words for him. He said in a video about the episode:
“Aubrey, you’re the most famous person from Delaware, and there’s no question about it. We’re just thankful you made it out of White Lotus alive.”

Aubrey then returned to his glass uniform to do one of his previous jobs – giving a tour Studio 8H. And during the backstage tour, you’ll never guess who they bump into as they mock how tourists ask if they’ll see a celebrity! None other than him Parks & Recreation co-star Amy Poehler! Of course, it wasn’t just Aubrey and Amy’s moment last night SNL! During “Weekend Update,” the comedian stepped out in a wig and black hoodie to reprise one of her best roles: the beloved April Ludgate. Park & Rec. He appeared along with the host Colin Jost to help encourage young people to get involved in local government, doing so with a classic deadpan delivery. And obviously, April has to bring her boss, Leslie Knope, to help out – and tell some jokes! Watch (below):

At night, there are many parodies in the sketch comedy series, whatever Chloe Fineman walk into the popular killer robot from the hit horror movie M3GAN or cast transform into a character from Avatar. But the best skit of the night has to be when taking one of the viral moments from Miss Universe competition: Miss France Eva’s tail‘introduction! You know, the one where he screams, “France.” And Aubrey didn’t disappoint when he recreated what he had in this hilarious sketch, which featured several cameos from Brothers Property Drew and Jonathan Scott and Tony Hawk:
Very funny!!! Remember Aubrey – who starred in season two of White Lotus – host SNLit is bound to happen that the show also does a spoof on it HBO series. Than White Lotusalready The Black Lotus, which features “eight wealthy tourists, one luxury hotel, and a staff who have no time for this nonsense.” See (below):
