Arsenal are set to sign Chelsea midfielder Jorginho after suffering defeat in their bid to sign Moises Caicedo from Brighton.
he Gunners have been pushing hard to deal with the Seagulls for Caicedo, making offers of £65 million and £70m for the 21-year-old.
But both bids were rejected by Brighton, who said they had no interest in selling the Ecuador international this month.
So Arsenal have been forced to look elsewhere to improve their midfield options and return to Jorginho, who is six months out of his contract at Stamford Bridge.
