Ariana Madix and Daniel Water have reportedly been dating casually for the past month.
Although many think so Vanderpump Rules star and fitness trainer hit it off with each other at Coachella, where they were spotted hugging and kissing last weekend, a new report claims that the true romance started at the wedding Ariana attended in Oaxaca, Mexico, last month.
“When the green texter hits Coachella, turn on the sound at the end,” Daniel wrote in the caption of an April 18 compilation of videos taken at the music festival.
In the clip, Daniel is seen holding hands with Ariana as they also wear matching shoes, get an IV together, and enjoy hanging out with friends.
Although Ariana was not mentioned in the caption, Daniel responded to commenters who brought up the reality star.
“My wife looks very happy. Thank you for being there for him and showing him what happiness really looks like,” one person wrote, prompting Daniel to share a praying hands emoji.
“Ariana though,” wrote another.
“Yes,” Daniel replied, along with a raised hand emoji and a spy heart emoji.
According to an April 20 report from Entertainment Tonight, Ariana and Daniel have been “casually dating” for about a month after meeting in Mexico in March. As the outlet explained, the new couple, who have several friends in common, “really hit it off” after Ariana’s split Tom Sandovalwho was caught cheating with his friend and his friend, Rachel Lewis.
They’re “having fun” and “now the two are hanging out without a label,” the insider said, noting that Ariana’s friends consider Daniel a “breath of fresh air.”
In addition to attending several shows with Ariana at Coachella, Daniel also joined her for a tattoo.
“Ariana was with Daniel at the Camp Poosh party last night at 4:30pm PT,” said an eyewitness. “They stood arm in arm as Ariana waited for a tattoo. As she consulted with the tattoo artist, Ariana and Daniel looked comfortable together. Dayna Kathan also with Ariana and supporting her getting a tattoo. Dayna stood next to Ariana.”
As Pump Rules fans have also seen, Sandoval addressed Ariana’s new relationship with Daniel at LAX on Friday when he jetted off to Canyon Ranch in Tuscon, Arizona.
“I love it,” he told TMZ. “I am [want her to move on]I’m really… happy.”
