Labor Partypresidential candidate, Peter Obithere is blame for the challenges facing Nigeria on the structure adopted by major political parties.
Mr. Obi, who spoke at a campaign rally in Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, called on Nigerians to vote out the main political parties.
Although he did not name the parties, it is clear that the main political parties he mentioned are the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
“Nigerians are hungry, young people are jobless. It is not safe to travel anywhere in Nigeria today. All these challenges are caused by people who claim to own the party structure. But this structure has paralyzed Nigeria. I want you and I to destroy that structure by choosing next month,” he asked.
“We will secure and unite Nigeria. We want Nigerians to be proud to be Nigerians. We will send Nigeria safe. We do not want Nigerians to be in refugee camps, we do not want you to be slaves in your own country,” he said.

Mr. Obi promised that if elected, he would make Nigeria a manufacturing nation.
“We will govern this country with the fear of God. We will give jobs. We will change Nigeria from a country of consumption to a country of production,” he said.
“These people keep boasting that they have structures. However, they are not doing anything. They are not producing anything in this country, the youths are unemployed, we will change the challenge.
