Another School Shooting: Trump and GOP’s Empty Responses

Another school shooting, more kids dead and traumatized, while Trump and Republicans hug and load their AR-15s and offer phony prayers.

DONALD TRUMP, REPUBLICAN MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, AND TRUMP SUPPORTERS ARE NOT PRO LIFE. THEY HIDE BEHIND THEIR DEIFICATION OF FETUSES TO CAMOFLAGE THEIR DISREGARD FOR THE PRESERVATION OF THE LIVES OF REAL CHILDREN. 

Mason Schermerhorn died at the hands of a teenage shooter yesterday at his Georgia high school. He was a 14 year-old, beautiful boy with autism. His brother posted, ” Mason didn’t make it home”. Another child, was killed and two teachers. Why? Because Republican members will not vote on an assault weapon ban or sensible gun laws like universal background checks. So Mason’s parents will never get to hug their son again or see him grow. These disgusting members of the House and Senate should stop sending their empty, phony, cliched “thoughts and prayers” as it’s insulting to the grieving families whose kids might still be alive if assault weapons were banned and  disturbed people did not have access to guns.
There is blood on the hands of greedy, opportunistic members of Congress who are owned by gun lobbyists. If voters think their representatives in Congress represent them, they are naive. These corrupt members of Congress pretend to be faithful Christians by sending “thoughts and prayers” to families of killed children and by opposing abortion. However, they vote for cruel policies and refuse to support policies that protect the lives of fully realized human beings. DEMOCRACY WOULD BE IMPROVED BY VOTING THESE PHONIES OUT OF OFFICE AND  BANNING DONATIONS TO MEMBERS OF CONGRESS BY SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS.

MOST GUN OWNERS SOUND IGNORANT IN THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE HISTORICAL MEANING OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT.

This photo speaks volumes about what is NOT great about America. It’s sick, violent, dangerous, and stupid, not to mention potential child endangerment.
  • When the Founding Fathers wrote the Bill of Rights there was no National Guard, no military, and no law enforcement agencies. The right to form an armed militia was needed for self-protection against foreign adversaries. The text: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. The arms citizens used were muskets. No weapons existed that could wipe out masses of people.

THEY ARE ALSO IGNORANT ABOUT HOW SENSIBLE GUN REFORM LAWS DO NOT THREATEN THEIR RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS.

  • Courts across the country have ruled that gun safety laws are constitutional
  • “The right to bear arms never outweighs the right to live. The more guns, the more violence.”(Giffords Law Center).

THIS IGNORANCE IS WHY THERE IS A GENERALIZED OPINION BY MANY PEOPLE THAT GUN ENTHUSIASTS, ESPECIALLY REPUBLICANS, DON”T READ, BUT RATHER, USE FOX NEWS AND DONALD TRUMP FOR THEIR EDIFICATION ON THE ISSUE OF THE 2ND AMENDMENT, GUN VIOLENCE, AND SENSIBLE SOLUTIONS. REMEMBER, TRUMP UNIVERSITY WAS A FRAUD SO TRUSTING TRUMP AS AN EDUCATOR ON HISTORY, SCIENCE, OR GOVERNMENT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE.
