The Northern Development Authority (NDA) has been in the news for several cases of alleged corruption in the office.
The letter dated December 21 and signed by the Chief of Staff, Frema Osei-Opare noted that Yir-engu Engmen is expected to fully hand over his official duties and properties to the Chief Executive of the Northern Development Authority before his exit.
The layoff will take effect from March 21, 2023.
“We would like to inform you that, the President has decided to terminate your appointment as Deputy Chief Executive of the Northern Development Authority effective March 21, 2023.”
Mr. Yir-Eru Engmen was appointed by President Akufo-Addo in 2018 as one of the two Deputy Chief Executives of the Northern Development Authority (NDA).
