The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Annemarie Wiley‘s husband, Marcellus, was arrested for allegedly committing domestic battery.
The ordeal went down in Florida over the July 4th holiday weekend.
According to TMZ, jail records revealed Marcellus, 51, was booked into the Orange County Jail on July 4 on a charge of domestic battery.
Following his arrest, Marcellus remained in jail and, according to custody records, is currently being held without bond.

At this time, details surrounding the ordeal, including what led to the charge and who was involved, have not been revealed.
Annemarie’s Instagram page does show her being active in the last 24 hours as she appeared to be on vacation at Disney World in Florida.
In another one of her posts, she wrote about having a “workout” and “pool time” before going on to wish everyone “the best holiday” on July 4.

As reported in May, Marcellus was accused of sexual assault by four women, including a former ESPN employee.
Marcellus, a former NFL star and ex-Fox Sports and ESPN personality, had a lawsuit filed against him in New York in April. One of the women accusing him of assault was a former ESPN production assistant.
He had previously been sued in 2023 by women for allegedly raping them when he attended Columbia University in 1994.
According to Rolling Stone, lawyers denied the allegations of sexual assault and/or rape in a 2024 court filing, and Marcellus branded the lawsuit as “BS.”
In the more recent lawsuit, the women alleged Columbia University “hid the rapes by Wiley,” which allowed “him to enjoy a reputation of safety, respect, and integrity, thereby endangering women.”
Two of the women involved in the latest legal battle allege Marcellus sexually assaulted them from 1995 to 1999 in California. Another claimed Marcellus began “grooming” her when she was 13 years old, and that a sexual encounter took place years later when he was an NFL player.
Rolling Stone detailed that the women are trying to turn their lawsuit into a class action one against Marcellus and Columbia.
Laura Gentile, a lawyer, alleged Columbia knew about the claims against Marcellus but only put him on “academic probation.”
“By promoting, protecting, and elevating a sexual predator… Columbia University created a false image of Wiley… thereby enabling Wiley’s vicious propensity to rape/assault women,” she noted.
