Turn on the heat. Amy Robach and TJ Holmes they were spotted kissing as they soaked up the sun in Mexico weeks after leaving GMA3.
Robach, 50, was seen kissing Holmes, 45, while they were having fun by the pool in Puerto Vallarta, according to a photo taken by Daily Mail Friday, February 18.
Holmes wore colorful shorts while Robach wore a black string bikini with gold accents. The Arkansas native smiled from his chair with a beer in hand as he watched Robach spray on the sunscreen. Both news anchors were grinning from ear to ear as they enjoyed their break.
Before their latest PDA photo, the duo were seen holding hands while exploring Mexico. She was photographed with her hands on her hips during a vacation in Puerto Vallarta on Wednesday, February 15.
The vacation in Mexico comes weeks after Holmes and Robach exited ABC. “Amy and TJ are out, the decision has been made,” an exclusive source confirmed to Us Weekly on January 13. “The network is negotiating with them in the exit offer and the announcement.”
The network confirmed on January 27 that the duo will not be returning to the daytime show after news of their relationship made headlines in November 2022. They are moving from ABC News,” the network announced in a statement. “We recognize their talent and commitment over the years and thank you for your contribution.”
They were spotted kissing in Los Angeles hours after the announcement was made.
A special source us earlier this month that Robach was given a “greater severance package” because of his history with the network.
“He has been at ABC longer and has a bigger contract. He also has other hosting duties at GMA3 and 20/20,” the insider said. “He has paid what he is due for the rest of the contract.”
Coanchors were originally pulled from the show a week after photos emerged of the pair getting cozy around November 2022 – despite being married to their partners.
Robach and Holmes’ relationship heated up amid hiatus from the network. On December 26, 2022, Robach and Holmes were photographed together at the Atlanta airport. A few days later, Holmes officially filed for divorce from his now estranged wife Marilee Fiebig, us confirmed in time.
Three years after she separated from her ex-husband Amy Ferson, with whom he shares daughter Brianna, 28, and son Jaiden, Holmes married Fiebig. They welcomed daughter Sabine in January 2013.
Robach, for her part, is married Andrew Shue in 2010, two years after she split from her first husband Tim McIntosh, with whom she shares daughters Ava, 19, and Analise, 16. The 20/20 coanchor is also stepmother to Melrose Place alum’s children – Nate, Aidan and Wyatt – from a previous marriage to Jennifer Hageney.
Robach and Shue, 55, are “not on the best of terms” at the moment.
“He wanted nothing to do with her leaving GMA and she’s with TJ,” a source told the exclusive us on Valentine’s Day. “He’s taking it hard because everything has become so crowded.”

Despite the tension, Robach continues to focus on his future. “Amy found love and now she has to find a new job and she’s OK with that,” the source concluded. “He’s good with the love that’s there. Some think he might have more job opportunities because he’s open.
