Kate Glaser admit Alyssa Humber “Know what he’s doing” in the middle of a love triangle with a bosun Ross McGarg. Throughout the current season from Below DeckRoss has returned and is said to be flirting with two castmates – despite Katie’s feelings for him.
The drama seems to have escalated due to Alissa’s feud with her friend Katie Camille Lamb, who was fired for his job performance. Before the break, Alissa and Camille constantly clashed and fought openly in front of the guests.
In the new episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After the ShowKatie was asked if Alissa’s flirtations had anything to do with her feelings for Camille.
“One per cent, he definitely knows what he’s doing, that’s for sure,” Katie said, via the Showbiz Cheat Sheet.
Andy then wondered if Alissa and Katie ever talked about flirting. “No,” Katie replied. “But he was really nice to me then…” Katie saw Alissa on the marina dock after the show finished filming. “But it’s hot for a while, that is.”

According to Katie, Alissa is the ‘hardest thing’ about romancing a boss.
Teasing the love triangle with the Showbiz Cheat Sheet, the deckhand announced, “It’s rocky! I feel like it [Ross] is in the doghouse half the time … Because of his behavior he gets in trouble half the time. There must be an interesting love triangle.”
“I think I have a boat romance with Ross … the most difficult thing I deal with Alissa … Ross and Alissa,” said the star. “So, it’s not that he’s a bad person, but when it comes to the boat romance, I’m worried about him and him trying to take him away from me.”
The star explained why she kissed Ross earlier in the season. “Ross from the beginning when I first saw him, I was like, damn he’s cute,” shared Katie. “But it’s really his leadership. And he is a boss figure. I think this breed is super attractive to me. It’s kind of sexy to have someone you look up to, who knows how to teach you the ropes. But also, you have a connection with. They definitely have a more interesting boss figure to me.
“I think I’m getting out of my head about all the ship romances the more I drink,” he continued. “So I think it’s one of those things that I can regret, it’s just a little bit out of my head. But, it happens and you have to move on. And I think it affected me more, that night when Ross acted like that.
Alissa was accused of breaking ‘girl code’ when she grabbed Ross’ hand after he and Katie allegedly hooked up. “He just loves to put in these little digs,” Katie said Watch What Happens Live.
Speaking about Ross’ conversation with Alissa, Katie said it was “not funny because he wants to go back and forth. And it’s stupid.
