This week’s episode of Real Housewives of Miami entitled “I’m sorry not Accepted”. Who’s going to apologize – certainly not Alexia or Larsa who don’t have that word in their vocabulary – along with a few others! Let’s find out, shall we?
We first get a glimpse of the “gringo dinner” and how it goes off the rails pretty quickly. Alexia haughtily told Nicole that she disrespected her home and herself. Nicole was shocked because she thought she left for good at the end of the meeting with the family attorney. You’ll have to wait a while to see how the show will play out in the episode…
For nowMarysol and Alexia going to see a handsome “Fat Doctor” named Rafael. They offer all kinds of shots and elixirs to burn fat. Marysol just likes to tag along and add alcohol to her elixir. Alexia is still stewing over Nicole tossing her Black AMEX at Michael like he was a stripper. What kind of strip club does Alexia hang out at? Alexia attributes Nicole’s behavior to a lack of manners.
Nicole and Julia they are talking on the phone. They both want to do something for Lisa, and they think a getaway to the Bahamas will do the trick. Somehow Nicole was under the illusion that this group could relax without drama. It won’t happen…
Adriana and Julia met for a drink. He felt like walking into a lion’s den after being scolded by his hostess. Adriana who is beyond dramatic claims to be having nightmares. He doesn’t understand why his friends of 10 years are now targeting him. They have a lot of history and there are changes in the friendship. Julia thinks someone needs the evil eye removed- STAT.
Julia then talks about her wrong storyline about wanting to adopt a child. He describes how long it takes to get on the waiting list. Julia and Martina Actually both have aged out of the process since they are over 50. He also shared that his daughter who adamantly told this nonsense adopted at this stage of his life. Julia should join the local Humane Society and participate in pet adoption instead of this ridiculous storyline.
larsa visit Lisa and saw that he literally melted from the stress of divorce. Lisa keeps getting bad news about Lenny and plans to get him out of the house. Lenny wants her and her children removed in 30 days. He proved that he had the power to ask the judge to do this. Lisa then revealed that her coach even dumped her for her mistress. Lenny has gone too far with this since Lisa thinks the “mistress” is trying to make him fat by taking the perk away from him.
Larsa has to deal with it alone allegations he lied to Scottie. He doesn’t like being made a criminal and it’s hard on his family. Larsa pretends to know what Lisa is going through BUT it’s not because he is Lenny. Word on the street is that he is talking to rapper Future. He pretended like this happened during the breakup…
Nicole and Anthony meet at the “Ball and Chain” restaurant with a “gringo” couple. Alexia and Todd arrive along with Marysol and Steve. Gerdy and her fireman snacks from her husband Russell joined the group. They then get into a debate about the meaning of gringo and are surprised that Alexia describes it most accurately. Please Note: I always understood that the term gringo is a slur in the United States and has a negative connation. The fact that Alexia uses does not suprises me since she believes that all Russian women are prostitutes!
Marysol decided again to drink dinner and not partake in the amazing Cuban cuisine. Who cares if it’s full of oil and grease? Russell will ask if they have ever been on the fireman’s calendar and tell them they have no interest. Actually, I’m getting ready to look on AMAZON to buy it! Russell said the attention that firefighters get from fans a lot and the fact that it doesn’t go to that makes me love this person. I understand why Guerdy and Russell have been around for so long.
The dinner started to go wrong when the conversation changed to a meeting with a lawyer. It was almost like a cockfight between Todd and Anthony. Todd embarrassed Anthony when he offered to send flowers and chocolates to the lawyer if he was offended by Nicole tossing AMEX at him. First of all, I have worked with attorneys for 34 years and I can promise you that they will not be offended to pay you a black AMEX under any circumstances.
Todd then tries to make Anthony look like an ambulance chaser with a small practice of 3 lawyers. He confirmed that Anthony had a billboard for water damage claims. Anthony lets Todd know that he has 187 employees. Alexia just wants Nicole to realize she “lost” this argument and thinks that Anthony and Nicole are blocking it – since they are both abusive. Poor Russell and Stevie just want some guava and chocolate cheesecake. Guerdy is proud of Russell because he doesn’t get involved in a fight between women.
Alexia and Frankie meet with Jorge from the de Moya foundation to find a job. Frankie never used the rideshare program because she was afraid to go anywhere without her mom. Alexia was afraid she was in anyone’s car but her own especially not with his brother Peter. She has a wonderful relationship with Frankie and it’s great to see how much she loves her mother.
Lisa, Kiki and Larsa are going out to a club called E11EVEN located on the South Beach. It must have been early because the club was relatively empty. Kiki is on the ad*ck hunting for Lisa. He wanted to grab some for himself but Lisa needed it more. Lisa wants to be clear to other ladies that she is not bi-sexual even though the parties tend to only have hot ladies in them. She thinks people think she and Lenny are swingers but Lenny isn’t adventurous enough to ask her to engage in that type of behavior. Lisa admits that he is too jealous to allow the marriage to open.
We now join Alexia and Nicole at the Amara restaurant. Alexia wanted an unconditional apology. Nicole had to mute herself down and borrowed some Hooked on Phonics cards from Teresa G. to talk to him. Alexia, A True Star Is Born, projects hilariously about Nicole they is a narcissist. He also continues to argue that a TRUE professional would never act like Nicole. Side note: Nicole should have been smart a * s and ask Alexia to write a narcissist and establish!
Nicole who seems to just move forward with this nonsense apologizes unconditionally. He would have apologized sooner if he knew how upset poor Alexia was. Nicole went to the “gringo dinner” not knowing there was still trouble between them. Thank God these two have made a truce – for now! Side note: I have a suspicion that Marysol and Alexia are trying to push Nicole off the show by belittling her so that Marysol can be moved from friend to fulltime housewife.
