Andile Jali’s agent Mike Makaab, head of ProSport International, indicated that they may be looking at other options for the midfielder’s future.

Jali’s contract at Mamelodi Sundowns runs out at the end of the season but Chloorkop’s side are yet to put an extension offer on the table.
The dynamic former Orlando Pirates midfielder has served Sundowns with distinction since his return from abroad in July 2018.
But it appears 32-year-old Jali may have served time at Masandawana with a younger group of midfielders preferred by coach Rulani Mokwena.
The likes of Tebogo Mokoena, Mothobi Mvala, Hashim Domingo and Siphelele Mkhulise have been favored since Mokwena took over the team.
There is also Bongani Zungu who has recently rejoined after a long spell in France still waiting for an opportunity as well.
“I think it’s time for him to make a decision. If he doesn’t want Andile, he should let us know,” said Makaab on Gagasi FM‘s sports show on Saturday afternoon.
“We have to respect him, then we have to move forward. As I said before, there are some teams that are asking about him.
“Not only locally but also outside our borders. But our first choice is to keep them local.
Makaab then said that Jali had made plans for life after football and it was not appropriate for him to move outside the country at this stage.
“That’s because he has a family here and he’s built a life after football for himself here.
“We have to consider all this (when making a decision about the future),” Makaab added.
While Makaab would not be drawn on naming teams that have inquired about his availability, it is believed that Tanzanian giants Simba SC have shown interest.
Locally, Kaizer Chief has been mentioned as Jali’s next home. But Phakaaathi could reveal that AmaZulu FC are also in the running if Sundowns opt out.
